You can access all of the benefits of being a season ticket member, as well as choose your seats in The Jenny Boyd Theatre!

You can pick your seats online, or if you prefer, our CBT Box Office staff can also assist you during regular business hours, Tuesday – Friday, 12 – 5 pm by calling (865) 974-5161 or email box_office@utk.edu.

Accessing Your Season Tickets:

  • Visit am.ticketmaster.com/cbt
  • Click SIGN IN in the upper right corner and use your email address and password that you have associated with your account.
    (It’s the email address you received this message to)If you’ve never logged in before or can’t remember your password, just click FORGOT PASSWORD to reset it.
  • Once signed in, click MANAGE TICKETS
    This will take you to a Clarence Brown Theatre landing page with all of your events. From there, you can download tickets to your smartphone.
    (We recommend doing this ahead of time.)

Reserve Your Jenny Boyd Theatre seats:

Once inside Account Manager, if you have yet to reserve your seats for The Jenny Boyd Theatre, you can do so now. The deadline to choose your own seats is 5 pm on Friday, July 10 (the end of member week). Otherwise, you will be assigned the best available seats.

THE PROCESS:

Visit am.ticketmaster.com/cbt and sign in.

Go to My Tickets in the header.

Select the event you would like to pick seats out for, select View Event Details.

For desktop, select exchange (circled in red below).

If reserving on a mobile device, select more (same position as exchange on desktop example) and then select exchange.

Select All Seats, then Continue.


Select the Available Date for your performance.

Select Find Seats. Toggle the accessible tickets option if you would like accessible seats.

Click in the Blue Section of the map with available seats.

Select seat(s) by zooming in far enough to see the individual seats.


Select Continue under the shopping cart icon. On mobile, click the shopping cart icon, and then press continue. For mobile device you will need to review the details of your exchange, and then hit submit button.

Next, click the box saying you agree to terms and conditions, and then click the green PLACE ORDER.

Ticket Exchanges:

All ticket exchanges (including Flex) must be processed through the Clarence Brown Theatre Box Office during regular hours. Please note:

  • Exchanges must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled performance.
  • Any ticket that is exchanged or reprinted will be held at Will Call for pickup before the performance; we do not have a mailing option for tickets.
  • Exchanges are a benefit available only to season ticket members.
