Emily Cullum is blessed to be returning to the Clarence Brown Theatre as a sophomore, and performing in the Lab Theatre for the first time! You may have seen her as Belinda Cratchit in A Christmas Carol last year. A native from the Nashville area, she has performed regionally with the Boiler Room Theatre and also attended Governor’s School for The Performing Arts in 2013. Some of her favorite roles include “Milady” (The Three Musketeers), “Jack’s Mother” (Into the Woods), “Ghost of Christmas Past” (The Trial of Ebenezer Scrooge), and “Wilbur” (Charlotte’s Web). Emily is proud to be studying Journalism and Theatre at UTK, while also being a part of the Chancellor’s Honors Program. She would like to thank her family, her dog, and her friends for their support. She hopes you enjoy This Is Our Youth, as it has been a gift to her every day. To Conner, Ben, and Preston: you’re cooler than Zappa.
