Perry Ward is thrilled to return to the CBT for his third production, having appeared previously in Amadeus and Sweeney Todd. Perry is a native of Clinton, TN and has enjoyed a diverse career as performer and educator. As a performer, he has appeared with the Metropolitan Opera, the Boston Symphony Orchestra, the Slovak Radio Symphony Orchestra, Opera Company of Philadelphia, Opera Theatre of St. Louis, the Knoxville Symphony, and Knoxville Opera, among others. Perry holds degrees in voice and opera from the St. Louis Conservatory of Music, the New England Conservatory of Music, and Temple University. He recently completed his DMA in Choral Conducting at the University of Kentucky. Perry is an Associate Professor of Music, and Director of UTC Opera at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
