Jack Magaw previously designed scenery for Hank Williams: Lost Highway among others at Clarence Brown Theatre. Recent Off-Broadway, Chicago and regional design credits include: The Flick (Steppenwolf Theatre), Rapture Blister Burn (Goodman Theatre), The Who and The What (Lincoln Center Theatre-LCT3 and La Jolla Playhouse), Long Day’s Journey Into Night and Gem of the Ocean (Court Theatre), The Diary of Anne Frank and Hedda Gabler (Writers’ Theatre), Amadeus, South Pacific and Charley’s Aunt (Utah Shakespeare Festival), Roof of the World (Kansas City Repertory), The Mousetrap (Milwaukee Repertory Theatre) and Mothers and Sons (Northlight Theatre). Nine Joseph Jefferson Award nominations include designs for The Diary of Anne Frank (Writers’ Theatre) and The Whipping Man (Northlight Theatre). Upcoming projects include: Evita (Kansas City Repertory) and Man of La Mancha (Milwaukee Repertory).
