Brenda Orellana is elated to have her first debut in A Christmas Carol at the Clarence Brown Theatre. Originally from Los Angeles, California, Brenda is a first-year MFA Acting candidate at UT. She holds her B.A in Theatre Acting and Performance from California State University, Long Beach. Her theatre credits include: “W” in Lungs; “Vera/Evil Tina” in She Kills Monsters; “Flamingo” in Bird in the Hand; “Jo” in Boom! (California Repertory Theatre); “Ruth/Mrs Trotsky” in All In The Timing (The Sherry Theatre in Hollywood); “Carol/Lilian” in Museum; “Diana/Lucille” in The American Clock; and “Mrs Squires” in The Music Man (Citrus Little Theatre). Her devised work includes In The Telling, Over the Midnight Moon (Cal Rep) and Romeo and Juliet Zombie High (The Sierra Madre Playhouse).
