Laura is a third year MFA candidate at UT. Last season at UT she was seen as Madame Knorr in On the Razzle, the Tippler in The Little Prince, and as Mrs. Cratchit in A Christmas Carol. Before coming to UT she was Co-Artistic Director for Theatre West in Florida. Past roles include; Flora, in an adaptation of A Turn of the Screw (a Helen Hayes Award nominee for best play), Mrs. Cheveley in Oscar Wilde’s An Ideal Husband, Sarah in Translations by Brian Friel, Blanche in Tennessee Williams’ A Streetcar Named Desire, Amanda in The Glass Menagerie, Mary Tyrone in Eugene O’Neil’s Long Days Journey Into Night, and Juanita – everyone’s favorite drunk in Sordid Lives. She once played Dotty in Noises Off and is very happy to be in Michael Frayn’s outrageously funny world again.
